There is no charge for the initial interview with Home Alone Pet Services. At this interview I will have the opportunity to meet you and your pets and to see their environment and learn their routine. I will also ask you to read and sign a Service Agreement. This contract will allow me to seek veterinary care for your pet if the situation should arise. I will also need two keys to your home.
Fees are determined by the number of visits requested. I have clients who require only one visit per day and some that require up to four visits per day. I’m sorry but I don’t do overnights. At each visit I will be at your home for at least thirty minutes, or more if needed.
The following holidays are charged at one and a half times the usual rate: Easter, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, and New Years Day.
